SELLERS - GET A FREE PRE-5407 INSPECTION!
If you are selling your home, you may take advantage of a Pre-5407 Certificate Inspection, which is a free service to our members at no additional cost to the 5407 preparation fee. Should there be a non-compliance issue, you would know about it well in advance of the certificate being issued. For more information, email us with your house number and telephone number where you can be reached.

Obtaining a 5407 Certificate

Please read carefully. The following table contains a checklist of requirements that are needed to process the issuing of a 5407 Certificate.

*ALL of the items on this checklist
must be included and sent to
Valleybrook Homeowners' Association.
Omission of any item will delay the process.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING A 5407 CERTIFICATE

A COMPLETED 5407 APPLICATION FORM.

PHOTOCOPY OF THE FIRST PAGE OF THE AGREEMENT OF SALE.

A COMPLETED NEW RESIDENT'S FORM.

PREPARATION FEE - A check in the amount of $250.00 payable to: Valleybrook Homeowners' Association, Inc.

HANDLING & POSTAGE FEE - Check in the amount of $10.00 for priority mail and delivery confirmation, payable to: Valleybrook Homeowners Association, Inc.

MAINTENANCE FEE - Total amount due to bring the Seller's monthly maintenance fee up to date including the month that settlement is scheduled, payable to: Valleybrook Homeowners Association, Inc. If any arrears are to be withheld at settlement, arrangements MUST be made with our legal counsel.
